Area Guide
Phase 1 of Mar de Pulpi is completed and ready for occupation.

To reserve your chosen unit the Developer will require a Reservation Form to be completed and a 6000 Euro reservation deposit; within 14 days you will receive the Sales Contract for signature. Finance can either be arranged in your own country or it is possible to arrange a mortgage with a Spanish bank for up to 70% of the purchase price.

It is normal to allow up to 10% IVA on new property and 21% IVA on the cost of furniture. In addition you should allow 1% for Notary Fees and 1% Legal Fees.
