Water House Apartments are located in the Al-Ahyaa area, which is halfway between Hurghada and the luxury resort of El Gouna, with its PGA Championship standard golf course.

The centre of Hurghada is just a 15 minute taxi ride from here, as is the town's international airport. El Gouna is just ten minutes from here.

The area was recently zoned for tourism by Hurghada planners and is subject to a tremendous amount of investment in infrastructure. By the time that the Water House Apartments is complete, the area will have a wide variety of bars, cafes, restaurants, leisure facilities and shops including a shopping mall in order to satisfy the demand of the many tourists who will be staying in the area.
