Payment Schedule

Buyers at Sunset Pearl have a choice of three attractive payment options:

Option One

This means that cash buyers receive a 5% discount from the total price of the apartment.

Option Two

Option Three

10% reservation fee (fully refundable until signature of contract)
40% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)
50% over five years in quarterly installments at a 5% fixed flat rate of interest (approx. 8.4% APR)
