Payment Schedule

The prices quoted on this site are assuming that full payment is paid upon contract.

There is, however, an option to pay in installments throughout the course of the build, for which there is a supplement payable of 10% of the purchase price:

• Reservation fee of EUR1500 (50% refundable until contract or 28 days)
  
• 25% upon contract (less the EUR1500 reservation fee)
• 25% upon start of foundations
• 15% upon start of brickwork
• 15% upon start of electrics/plumbing work
• 15% upon start of finishing work
• 5% upon completion
