Payment Schedule

The prices quoted on this site are assuming that full payment is paid upon contract.

There is, however, an option to pay in installments throughou tthe course of the build, for which there is a supplement payable of 10% of the purchase price:

Reservation fee of EUR1500 (50% refundable until contract or 28 days)
20% upon contract (includes the 10% surcharge for paying in installments)
10% upon start of foundations
20% upon strt of concrete structure
15% upon start of brickwork
10% upon start of electrics/plumbing work
15% upon start of plasterwork
10% upon start of finishing work
10% upon completion - minus the EUR1500 reservation fee (estimated December 2009)

Mortgages, funded by the developer are available on some of the apartments in Marsa Alam Beach Resort at approximately 60% LTV.

The mortgages are over a six year term with an interest rate of 10% pa and are secured against rental income.
