Payment Schedule

  • Reservation fee of GBP1000 or EUR1000 (fully refundable until contract)
  • 30% upon contract within three weeks of reservation (less the reservation fee)
  • 70% in quarterly installments between contract and delivery in March 2009.
Investors who are in no hurry to take delivery of their finished units can pay the 70% balance in quarterly installments over a period of two years, taking delivery after the final payment.
