Payment Schedule

There are several different payment plans available for buyers at Florenza Khamsin:

Option A

• $1000 reservation fee (fully refundable up to 21 days from reservation)
• 40% upon signature of contract (less the $1000 reservation fee)
• 20% six months following signature of contract
• 20% twelve months following signature of contract
• 20% upon completion

• $1000 reservation fee (fully refundable up to 21 days from reservation)
• 40% upon signature of contract (less the $1000 reservation fee)
• 60% payable in quarterly installments over a period of up to five years, at an annual interest rate of 5%

• $1000 reservation fee (fully refundable up to 21 days from reservation)
• 40-60% upon signature of contract (less the $1000 reservation fee)
• Balance payable in quarterly installments over a period of up to three years, with interest free credit.

Option D

Cash buyers can receive excellent discounts for paying the majority of the price with contract:

• 80% on contract/20% on delivery = 15% discount
• 70% on contract/30% on delivery = 10% discount
• 60% on contract/40% on delivery = 7% discount
