Payment Schedule

Buyers at Khamsin Beach Resort have two different options regarding payment plans:

Option One

• GBP500 reservation fee (fully refundable up to 21 days from reservation)
• 40% upon signature of contract (less the GBP500 reservation fee)
• 20% six months following signature of contract or foundation (whichever is later)
• 20% twelve months following signature of contract or roof height (whichever is later)
• 20% upon completion (currently scheduled for December 2010)

Option Two

• GBP500 reservation fee (fully refundable up to 21 days from reservation)
• 40% upon signature of contract (less the GBP500 reservation fee)
• Two month payment holiday
• 10 x monthly payments of 4%
• 20% upon completion (currently scheduled for December 2010)
