Payment Schedule

10% reservation fee
40% deposit payable upon contract.
50% in installments over a period of up to one year.

Buyers will receive the keys to their apartment upon payment of the final installment.

Alternatively, buyers who are willing to pay 100% of the purchase price upon contract will receive the following benefits:

5% discount from the sales price
Free airconditioning
Free water heater
One year's free household insurance

Handover of the apartment will be within 50 days of receipt of payment.
