Payment Schedule

All payments for Dream Heaven are paid into a UK lawyer's escrow account for clients' additional peace of mind.

Buyers at Dream Heaven can choose from one of four generous payment options:

Option One

$1000 reservation fee (fully refundable until signature of contract)
100% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)

Buyers taking advantage of this options will receive discounts of up to 20% off the credit prices. See the Pricing Information for more details.

Option Two

$1000 reservation fee (fully refundable until signature of contract)
30% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)
25% six months after signature of contract
25% twelve months after signature of contract
20% upon handover

Option Three

$1000 reservation fee (fully refundable until signature of contract)
35% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)
5% each quarter for 13 quarters

Option Four

$1000 reservation fee (fully refundable until signature of contract)
35% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee)
Three month payment holiday
65% payable in monthly installments over a period of five years

Buyers wishing to take advantage of this payment plan should add 15% to the standard prices.
