The Sierra Resort is one of the highest profile developments in Sharm el-Sheikh as it is located right in the very heart of the up-and-coming Nabq Bay area, situated behind a new four-star hotel and shopping mall complex.

This is not a new development, having been on the market for quite a while. Phase One of the project was completed earlier in the year and people are living there already. Units are remaining mainy in the final (second) phase of the development.

Still very reasonably priced by Sharm standards, this is a perfect development for buyers who are in a hurry to move in quickly, or are nervous about buying completely offplan.

Sierra is close to completion, and has been very successful. On 15 August the developer increased prices by around 10%.

Prices and Availabilities
Phase One was already completed,  Phase Two is due in February 2009, however only buildings 1-73 are currently released for sale.

Top floor apartments are currently being sold only on a 100 % cash payment upon contract basis. The mid and ground floor apartments can be paid in instalments.

White cells in the availability list indicate available units.  Each building has three floors. Each floor is 120 sqm, and can be arranged as either one 120 sqm, 2/3 bedroom apartment or two 60sqm, 1-bedroom apartments – this is why you can see two cells for each floor at each buildings. If only one cell is white, it means that there was already a 1-bedroom apartment sold and the other one will be therefore 1-bedroom.  If there are two white cells, it means that the floor can be sold as 2/3-bedroom apartment. There are 3 different layouts for 120sqm apartments available to choose from.

The attached hotel will be open in November 2008.
