Several changes at Paradise Gardens, mainly with regards to prices and payment terms. Updated prices and availabilities and added a new ebrochure.

Several changes at Paradise Gardens. Prices have risen to account for the decline of the GBP and EUR against the GBP. Prices are now fixed in EUR rather than in both GBP and EUR.

On the plus side, there are now developer backed mortgages of up to 5 years available at very reasonable interest rates.

Paradise Gardens now offers a Guaranteed Rental Scheme offering 5% on studios and 1-beds and 6% on 2beds, for a period of 5 years.

Updated prices and availabilities and added a new (much improved) unbranded PDF e-brochure.

The developers have been working hard over the past few months in order to make Paradise Gardens a more attractive proposition, with better marketing materials, the Guaranteed Rental Scheme plus creating some smaller and thus more affordable units. With the few frontline properties now very expensive, Paradise Gardens is definitely looking like the best offer in Sahl currently due to its proximity to the public beach.

There are currently no plans to raise prices any time soon.

Paradise Gardens is the perfect development for buyers who would like to buy into the luxury resort of Sahl Hasheesh, but who can't afford the prices of frontline developments such as Palm Beach Piazza, El Andalous or Ocean Breeze.

No date has yet been set for when Paradise Gardens will come off pre-release, but it will not last much longer. Maybe until 1 February?
