There have been a lot of changes at Khamsin over the past few weeks. The most obvious one is that it now has a new name - Florenza Khamsin.
The developer is now selling the development direct, so any old reservation forms should be scrapped.
Prices for the development are now quoted in USD.
There is now a Guaranteed Rental Scheme operating on this development offering 8% with 2 weeks personal usage or 6% with 4 weeks.

Khamsin Beach Resort is now off pre-release and prices have gone up. The prices rises are not uniform, however, although the average increase is 10%.
The plans for the development have also changed slightly.
There is now supposed to be a Guaranteed Rental Scheme on this development offering 6% return, but we are waiting for concrete information on this before publicizing the fact.

Khamsin Beach Resort is a large and very exciting development in the Arabia district of Hurghada, a little over five minutes away by taxi from the centre of Hurghada.
It is a massive project that it is being sold in two phases. The first phase (Khamsin Gardens) is on sale now and is on the opposite side of the road from the second phase (Khamsin Beach) which is firstline beach.
So, although the first phase of the development is not firstline, per se, it has beach access through it's sister development, which is a real rarity in the centre of Hurghada.
This development has a very attractive pre-release offer, with much of the development offering either free aircon and furniture pack or a 50% discount on them.
With prices starting from just GBP18,908 (with free aircon and furniture) this is a great, affordable development and is the first of the big new projects in Hurghada for the autumn 2008 season.
