 20-04-2009 Updated prices and availabilities. 10-07-2008 Kamareia Resort is an affordable resort in an upmarket area of Hurghada, located between the villa area of Mubarek 6 and the luxurious villas of Magawish. It is located right opposite Lotus Breeze. The development has several unique points: Firstly, prices are affordable, with studios starting at under GBP20,000. Secondly, the resort is very low density compared to most other developments in Hurghada - it is only three floors high and only 30% of the land is built upon. Thirdly, all of the two-bedroom units have the option of having a second en-suite bathroom - a rarity in Hurghada still. While a little further than most developments from the beach and the promenade, this is a good development to recommend to anyone who is looking for a longterm residence in Hurghada. |
