Al Nour Plaza

Al Nour Plaza is another project in the fast-growing El Ahyaa district, together with Isida, Tiba Heights and Tiba Towers 2.

Al Nour Plaza is different from these 'super-cheapy' developments though as it is a fully-fledged resort with a full range of facilities including a full-sized pool, gardens, restaurant and a gym to mention just a few. It is also in a better location being a true secondline development, with the plot only 60% built up.

While Al Nour Plaza is not as ridiculously cheap as our other developments in El Ahyaa, it will appeal to those for whom the other developments are a little too claustrophobic and don't offer enough facilities.

The developers of Dream Heaven have discovered a snag with the idea of naming the 12 blocks in the development after the 12 signs of the zodiac - no one wants to buy in Cancer because of the name.

As a result, the building formerly known as 'Cancer' is now known as 'Leo'. It's exactly the same block in the same place - just that the name has been changed to protect the innocent.

Isida

Just when we thought that we had found the cheapest possible property with full amentiies that the majority of clients require (i.e. a pool and elevators to all floors), we have gone and found something cheaper in the form of Isida.

Isida is priced at just LE2000/m2 (compared to LE2250 at Tiba Heights). Isida also benefits from being closer to the public beach that the two Tibas (OK, only about 100m closer than Tiba Towers 2) and it also has a bigger pool.

So out of the three 'super-cheapies' that we are currently offering, Isida has the edge over the other two.

However, this situation is not going to last long as the launch prices are only lasting until 31 August, at which point they are definitely going up (probably to LE2500/m2).

Not that there's likely to be much left by that time anyway as Isida is selling like the proverbial hot cakes. Already several clients who dithered have already missed out so, if you do have any interested clients, please let them know that they will have to move fast if they want to grab themselves a bargain.

Dream Heaven at Sahl Hasheesh

Dream Heaven fills an empty niche in our portfolio, which is a truly affordable development in the super-luxury resort of Sahl Hasheesh.

Many clients fall in love with Sahl Hasheesh upon seeing it, but the starting prices of nearly GBP45,000 for a studio are outside the reach of most of them.

Dream Heaven finally puts Sahl Hasheesh inside the reach of the majority of clients, with studios starting from just over GBP25,000 and one-beds from under GBP45,000. Cash buyers get an even better deal, with studios from under GBP22,000 and one-beds well under GBP40,000.

Tiba Heights

Tiba Heights is the sister development to the highly successful Tiba Towers 2 which was launched in spring 2010.

Due to incredibly affordable prices at Tiba Towers 2, sales were excellent, to an extent where all of the one-bedroom apartments sold out over the course of just a few weeks.

Realizing that small and affordable one-bedroom apartments is what the public wants, the developer quickly released his next project, Tiba Heights.

Tiba Heights is located just 350m from Tiba Towers 2 and has all of the same features as this development - most notably a good sized pool, close proximity to a public beach and elevators to all floors, not to mention the same low prices that make Tiba Towers 2 such a successs.

This time, however, the development contains plenty of small one-bedroom units, plus there are also some very cheap studios here, plus three-bedroom apartments which were lacking in the previous project.
