To ensure that there are no problems with the completion of Harmony Lagoon Resort, the developers have decided to sell the project in two phases now, with Blocks A and B being left for the second phase.
Blocks A and B were the ones with the cheaper units, which increases the starting prices at this development. The units in Blocks C, D and E do have good sea views, however.

After living in the shadow of the great deals available at Oasis Marina, plus as a result of very large unit sizes, Harmony Lagoon Resort failed to set the world on fire when it was launched last April.
The developers have learned from their mistakes, however, and have completely redesigned the development in order to offer the smaller units that the market is asking for.
Harmony has now been relaunched with new, smaller units while keeping prices lower than competing projects, with the result that the development now offers the most affordable firstline beachfront properties in Hurghada.
It's quite astonishingly affordable, actually, with studios starting at just GBP20,000. Add to this the fact that aircon and kitchen units are included and it brings it on a par with many secondline developments pricing.
Other advantages are the possibility of entering into a Guaranteed Rental Scheme which gives the possibility of average 8% return for three years, plus long payment terms, requiring only 50% of the amount to be paid in the first 12 months.
Following the recent price rises at Oasis Marina, Harmony Lagoon is now looking like the #1 choice for anyone looking to buy beachfront on a budget.

Harmony is now off-pre-release, meaning that prices have now increased by 15% from their initial launch levels.

Studios in Harmony Lagoon Resort can now be converted into one-bedroom units for an additional price of GBP1000, offering some very affordable beachfront units. This development will now be coming off pre-release on 20 June, at which point prices will be increased by 15%

Unfortunately, just when I thought that Harmony Lagoon Resort was going to be a nice, clean, easy sell, the developers have decided that they are changing the floor plans and are going to save zones A and B for a second phase of the development.
They are also going to possibly be changing the unit sizes in the main zones.
As a result, we can currently only take reservation fees and put people in a queue until the final plans are released around 1 May.

Harmony Lagoon Resort is an exciting new beachfront development in the Al-Ahyaa district between Hurghada and El Gouna.
Of all of the beachfront developments we sell in the area, Harmony is the closest one to El Gouna.
Selling points for this development include the proximity to golf at El Gouna, the stylish design of the resort, plus the fact that this area of the beachfront has been zoned in such a way that all hotels are built on the opposite side of the beach and nothing can actually be built on the beachfront. This means that it is possible for people to stroll for hours along the coast, unlike the situation in much of Hurghada.
The beach in front of Harmony is definitely private though and this is very much a frontline development.
