Giftun View is a 'RyanAir' development - no frills, few facilities, just very attractively priced property in a pretty nice area, just inside the Arabia area yet within walking distance of Hurghada's Old Town.

Units 1 and 2 offer probably the best sea views that I've see in Central Hurghada. The land opposite is military land and too narrow to build on, so they are sure to last.

The remaining units have decent views of the sea as well, although the vista is not as wide as with the front two units. On a price/m2 basis, it's the cheapest property we have available currently.

The fact that the building is getting close to completion now, with a show apartment complete, is also a major selling point for this development.
