Azzurra has already starting handing over the first units to clients, with a Soft Opening date of mid-July.
Now that Phase 1 of the resort actually exists, the developers have asked us to stop using renders of the development and use actual construction photos instead.
As a result, please can you update your sites with the new photos in this section and also update completion and payment information?

Azzurra is an absolutely stunning development in Sal Hasheesh which we are sure will be the biggest selling development in the area by a wide margin.
Although not a frontline development, Azzurra occupies one of the best positions in Sahl as a result of its location on a high bluff just 300m from the beach. This gives the vast majority of units there perfect seaviews together with views over the golf course that surrounds the development on three sides.
But what really makes Azzurra really special is its architecture - which is unlike anything else on offer in Egypt. Using the natural contours of the land, Azzurra architects have created a development reminiscent of a hilltop village, with every unit and every block completely different from the next.
Now that construction is well underway, with a show apartment already opened, every client we have taken there on tour has instantly fallen in love with it. If they can aford it - they buy there.
The fact that each unit is different from the next makes Azzurra a difficult development to get to grips with when it comes to selling, so please contact us for more information if you have a client interested in buying and we will help you find the best options for your clients.
